I loved the signage and in the yard, it was bold, made a statement, and showed confidence! She constantly has examples of how to sell a home slow and what makes a home sell fast. Christina has been such an amazing agent to work with. We reached out to her around February 2022 and had her come out to look over our home and give us the list of updates we needed to get the best bang for our buck. Late April we were ready to buy but as you may know, it's not an easy process this day and age. She was always willing to meet us on short notice if a house popped up that we were interested in and for that we are grateful. You need an agent that is willing to go above and beyond in this crazy market and she is willing to do just that. After about a month of looking and an offer being denied, we found our perfect home, and was able to list our house and received an accepted an offer within a week. Fast forward - we have been in our new home for two weeks and absolutely love it! P.S. - Christina, thank you so much for the basketball hoop! My kids are loving all the freedom they have now.

As you can see from the other reviews, Christina is an amazing real estate agent! She is the second one I have worked with and was far superior - she actually cared about my needs and wants and not the bottom line. She also worked incredibly hard and fast to get our house on the market ASAP and sell it within 5 days! I got 10% over what we listed the property and over three years (I bought in 2019) I made 170% profit!!! a lot of this is because of Christina - thanks Christina!

Everything started off great with her and as we were planning our Ohio to MO relocation she was responsive and seemed eager to help us rent a home. To the point she sold the arrangement as the "best of both worlds". This was through Irental homes and when asked if she had looked into the properties we were interested in, her communication became spaced out. I asked if she was even the person to work with and again she claimed yes. We agreed to look at homes this past Tuesday and of course she went MIA again. She me be a great realtor but she is not ethical in our opinion and is likely highly motivated by commission which is probably lacking with Irental. Do better Christina. Be honest and maybe stop leading on people through that process.

If you are not using Christina as your agent you need to be!!!! When we decided to start looking for a new home, choosing Christina was a no brainer. Her experience speaks for itself. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and personable. She is truly an overall fantastic agent. Buying a home in today's market can be daunting, disheartening and overwhelming. She went above and beyond to ensure it wasnt any of those for us. We were pretty specific on what we were looking for (at times I felt like we we're looking for a unicorn) and she never got frustrated with us. She was encouraging and made sure we never lost hope. She was very quick to respond and set up appointments immediately to view homes. She was able to identify what it was and wasn't what we were looking for and kept things moving until we found the perfect place. It was because of her knowledge and experience that we were able to not only find the perfect home but also go under contract on our very first offer. We didn't experience the heartbreak and frustration of rejected offer after rejected offer and we 100% contribute that to Christina's expertise. She made the process from start to finish a dream. I cannot express how great of an agent she truly is. Without a doubt we will be using her again in the coming months to sell our current home. 10/10 we highly recommend Christina to everyone!
