I already have a sponsor at eXp

That is completely fine. This community is open to any eXp agent regardless of who their sponsor is. You do not need to change anything to access the coaching, tools, resources, and network. If you are not yet at eXp and considering a move, that is a separate conversation we are happy to have.

I am not sure eXp is the right fit for me

That is exactly what a call with Christina is for. There is no pressure to join eXp on this call — it is a real conversation about your current situation, your goals, and whether the model makes sense for where you are headed. Many agents find clarity just from that one conversation.
